The Conference venue is the Conference and Exhibition Centre "Ciudad de Oviedo", at Arturo Alvarez Buylla s/n 33005, Oviedo, Asturias (Spain). View the location for the conference by downloading the map of the center of Oviedo.
The registration will be open from Saturday 1st December 2012 and take place at the Hall of the Conference Center.
The opening, keynote and closing talks will take place at the Auditorium. The poster sessions will take place at the Hall. The posters should be displayed only during their assigned session. The authors will be responsible for placing the posters in the poster panel displays. The maximum size of the poster is A0. Chairs are requested to keep the sessions to schedule. Papers should be presented in the order they are listed in the programme for the convenience of attendees who may wish to go to other rooms mid-session to hear particular papers. In the case of a presenter not attending, please use the extra time for a break or a discussion so that the remaining papers stay on schedule.
The lecture rooms will be equipped with a PC and a computer projector. The session chairs should obtain copies of the talks on a USB stick before the session starts (use the lecture room as the meeting place), or obtain the talks by email prior to the start of the conference. Presenters must provide to the session chair with the files for the presentation in PDF (Acrobat) or PPT (Powerpoint) format on a USB memory stick. This must be done ten minutes before each session. The PC in the lecture rooms should be used for presentations. The session chairs are kindly requested to have a laptop for backup.
The coffee breaks will last 45 minutes each (beginning 15 minutes in advance of the times indicated in the program). These will take place at the Hall. You must have your conference badge in order to attend the coffee breaks.
A package of 3 lunches for the days of the conference can be booked at the

for 44 €. They will be served at the Conference Centre and you must have the ticket of the corresponding day to attend.
The lunches at the conference venue include salad buffet, main dish, dessert, water, bread and coffee. Vegetarian option is provided:
Salad buffet: different types of lettuce, tomato, onions, olives, bean sprouts, sweet corn, tuna, boiled eggs, potato, surimi. Cocktail and yogurt sauces.
Saturday 1.12.2012 - Main dish: iberian carrilleras (pork veal pillows) with wine sauce. Vegetarian main dish: Spaghetti with sauteed vegetables. Dessert: pudding.
Sunday 2.12.2012 - Main dish: Vegetarian Lasagna. Dessert: rice with milk.
Monday 3.12.2012 - Main dish: Beef stew Oviedo style (cooked with vegetables) with cold potato pie. Vegetarian main dish: Vichissoise (leeks cream). Dessert: apple cake.
You can also have the conference menu each day for 15 euros at the restaurant Nuevo Ayala (located in the street Matematico Predrayes on the corner with the street Asturias, about 10 minutes walk from the Conference Center).

Selected restaurants and hotels in Oviedo are offering a variety of menus for the conferences participants for 15 euros (including bread, a drink, coffee and taxes). You can find the location of the restaurants in this map and the location of the hotels in this other map. However please note that these places have a very limited capacity and cannot accommodate all the participants.
By Air:
The Airport is about 45 km from Oviedo. It is called either "Asturias Airport", "Oviedo Airport" or "Ranon Airport". The code is OVD.

By Rail:
The Train Station is in the commercial center of Oviedo within walking distance to the Conference Centre.
The participants coming from outside the Spain and requiring visa information should read the Information to Foreign Citizen of the Spanish Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Ministry.
If you need a letter confirming your participation to the
conference, then this can be provided. However it will only be issued
after a registration and payment has been received, and there can be
no exceptions to this.
