Reception

The Welcome Reception is open to all registrants and accompanying persons who have purchased a reception ticket. It will take place at the Hall on Saturday 1st of December 2012, 20:00-21:30. Conference registrants must bring their conference badge and any accompanying persons should bring their reception tickets in order to to attend the reception.


Conference dinner

The Conference Dinner will take place on Sunday 2nd of December 2012, 21:00. The conference dinner is optional and registration is required. The number of places is limited. You must have your Conference Dinner ticket in order to attend the conference dinner.


Guided Visit

Oviedo is a historical city with a unique architecture. The town council offers a guided visit for the participants of the conference that will take place on Friday, 30th november 2012 afternoon. Participants will be able to register for such a free event from mid November through the registration tool.
