Please note that no invoices for pre-registration payment are issued. A conference registration receipt will be provided by email once the payment is confirmed by the conference administrator.

The Bank Transfer payment option will not be available after the 15th of September 2012. Registration fee is determined by the date of payment and not the date of registration.

The presenting authors should register by 25 September 2012 in order to confirm participation to the conference.

The registration fee includes participation to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks and a welcome reception. The number of places for the Conference Dinner is limited and places will be allocated to those who have registered first.
